The bed was shipped vacuum packed in plastic so it appears smaller than expected upon receipt. Once you remove it from the duffel bag it is shipped in and cut the plastic, it immediately expands to full size, 13 inches of pure comfort. I have suffered from arthritic back pain for over a decade and my wife has sciatica for the last couple of years. After the first night on this bed,we both woke well rested after good night sleep instead of waking from pain and stiffness for the first time in years. I only wish that I had purchased this sooner. If the bed wears out before I do, i will certainly purchase another.

...but none to Amazon this time around. Why? Because I bought this particular mirrored room divider instead of a slightly cheaper one (by Wayborn Furniture) for one reason only: the weight. Amazon lists the weight of the Wayborn divider as 80 pounds; and lists the weight of the Screen Gems divider as 63 pounds. Wrong! The box itself gives the weight of the Screen Gems divider as 36 kgs - which is 79 pounds. That's 16 pounds off the mark.

Anyway, I have nothing but praise for Pilot Delivery. I received a call a week before scheduled delivery to let me know I'd be receiving a follow-up call to confirm delivery - which I did receive one day before delivery. Plus, there was tracking information on Pilot's website. I was given a 5-hour window and the item was delivered (more or less) within that window. And the driver helped me carry the item. Excellent service.

As to the product itself, my only complaint is that the backing was quite dirty. Not noticeably dirty, but when I ran a wet paper towel across, quite a bit of dirt came off. Other than that, the three mirrored sides of the panel are very good quality, with no detectable flaws. The frame is very attractive. The construction is excellent; there are even several slim white plastic feet on the bottom. All in all, this was a worthwhile purchase.

I spent about 5 1/2 hours putting this desk together. This arrived on a pallet and is very heavy. The deliver guy will not put this desk in your home. They can put it in a garage or by your front door.

At first glance this can seem like an overwhelming project once you get the box open and sort out the parts. It's manageable to do for one person but the instructions recommend two. This is time consuming. Not ever part was labeled clearly so keep that in mind when your looking for part #73.

The desk is stunning when its completed. Its sturdy and of very good quality. I find it very ergonomic and I would highly suggest this to someone who is at their desk for extended hours.

The price of this desk goes up and down very frequently. Try to buy on a low day to make up for the shipping cost.

We have been using this play yard for the last 4 months and it has some great positives but also some negatives.
PROS
1. We love the bassinet feature.
2. Love the vibration option. It helped our son fall back asleep quickly after late night feedings and diaper changes.
3. Diaper Changer is fantastic!
4. The fabric is gender neutral. We have gotten several compliments on it and are glad we selected this particular pattern.

CONS
1. The bag only holds the playard and mattress. The diaper changer, and other items don't fit. It makes for a lot to travel with. Since our son is still young it would be wonderful if it was easier to take everything.
2. We have never used the canopy. I wish instead of the canopy it had a mobile. Our son would have enjoyed that more.

Overall this is a wonderful item and will get several years of use.
