5 foot x 8 foot Surya Caesar Charcoal / Beige Rug Review

I have not yet bought this rug, but do have a sample. I have been looking for a rug for our living room for a long time, and reviews have not been entirely helpful for rugs seen on-line. So I thought I would share my review of this rug, as far as color and thickness.

I do not know how this rugs wears, or how it withstands stains. I can comment on the colors: the red is actually a rust, slightly on the orange side, but in a warm good way. The blue is not the classical bright blue, but more of a warm blue/gray. The rug on my monitor looks darker than in person. The thickness is what I was looking for in a rug: soft underfoot and comfortable to sit on and play a game or watch TV. It is not as densely (tightly) woven as more expensive rugs, but it is more of what I was looking for as far as comfort. It goes well with our red birch hardwoods, stone fireplace, white built-ins, and khaki colored couches. Hope that helps anyone looking on line.
