All items came in a timely manner, although they did not all arrive on the same day (which wasn't a problem, just an observation). None of the materials were damaged upon arrival and all of the hardware was seperated into their own individual baggies, which made assembly easier. The actual assembly itself wasn't difficult, just time consuming. The drawers in the dresser and under the bed take the most time! It was almost annoying after a while, but once they were done, it was worth it! The directions for all the pieces say do NOT use a drill, but unless you want to spend a week screwing a bunch of (difficult) screws in by hand, PLEASE USE A DRILL!!! As long as you know how to properly operate a drill, you'll be fine. The directions also recommend that 2 people put the dresser and bookcase headboard together...I'm a 5'4'' and 115lb woman and I did it all by myself! Totally do-able! Finished product looks amazing and everything feels really sturdy and appears that it's going to last for a long time. Perfect for my destructive 2 1/2 year old that has outgrown his toddler furniture. Satisfied customer.

Fashion Bed Group Langley Queen Size Bed in Copper Penny Finish Review

It turned out to be a really nice purchases. We live in the Triad area of NC - home of furniture manufacturers, showrooms and discount warehouses filled with left overs following the biannual furniture shows here. We went to Southland Furniture and was prepared to purchase, what we feel was a comparable product, at almost twice the amount.

We were called by the delivery folks, quickly scheduled a delivery time (2 hour window). Setup went well too. I had to tear down our bed to remove the old frame. The new frame was stronger anyway. We have the King and the included frame of this product has a center post running up the middle of they bed with two additional feet - making 6 feet total.

Frame and board pieces were well packaged. The only assembly required was to add the extension legs to the headboard. Easy enough to do.

Final product: this is a heavy piece (but not too heavy), well painted, that looks and feels really nice. Its well worth the price and I highly recommend it.

This is as close as you can get to black without being absolutely black. There is not even a hint of brown in the foot stool. It's beautiful, but it looks hideous with my dark brown leather furniture. I cannot imagine having to return this monster! Don't be fooled by the color shown. It's black. However, it IS a beautiful and quality piece of furniture, I bought a slip-cover and I'm much happier now.

Kirby Sentria Vacuum Floor Care System Review

I bought through in-home sales pitch. I'd been leery about spending that kind of dough but now that I own it, its worth the investment. I too got hooked by the baking soda demo, that's just amazing. I'd just bought a Dyson the year before and I loved all the accessories but the bagless feature I thought I'd like turned out to be a negative...dust goes everywhere when you empty it, you have to go outside...and then it just blows back on you. PIA. I'd rather just dispose of a bag thank you. Also, I continued to have dust settling problem on all my furniture and electronics, the Dyson seemed to stir up a lot of dust in the air. After a week with Sentria I won't go back. Much less dust on all my furniture. I suspect it will continue to decline to nothing as I cycle through all the dust in the air settling on the floors.

Yeah, the shampooer isn't as thorough as a commercial shampooer/vacuum..but I didn't buy it for that anyway. If you spill something that goes to the pad, even a commercial shampooer won't get all that out...just lift your carpet and see for yourself, been there done that several times.

I also like the wallmount accessory box, very nice way to handle all the accessories.

I agree the in-home sales approach limits them in the market.
