DIDN'T HAVE A LOT OF EXTRA SPACE BUT REALLY WANTED A FIREPLACE SO I CHOSE THIS ONE. RECEIVED IN LESS THAN A WEEK AND IN GREAT CONDITION BECAUSE IT IS PACKED VERY WELL. HAVE TO GIVE 5 STARS BECAUSE IT IS A GREAT FIREPLACE OF NICE QUALITY FOR THE COST. I ONLY WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE "SHADE" OF OAK WHEN COMPARED TO OTHER OAK FURNITURE I HAVE IN THE SAME ROOM. IT HAS A REDDISH TONE THAT DOESN'T MATCH UP WITH MY RATHER LARGE OAK ENTERTAINMENT CENTER BUT MY FAMILY ASSURES ME THAT I WONT EVEN NOTICE IN A FEW DAYS. PRODUCES A PERFECT AMOUNT OF HEAT AND WAS SUPER EASY TO ASSEMBLE. GREAT DESIGN!! NEED TO MENTION THAT I HAD A DIFFERENT FP ON ORDER FROM A LOCAL STORE THAT DIDN'T SHOW UP ON TIME SO I CANCELLED AND NOW I AM GLAD BECAUSE THIS ONE IS SAME PRICE BUT MORE ELEGANT. FLAMES LOOK REAL AND IS VERY RELAXING TO SIT NEAR. LOOKS JUST LIKE PICTURE SHOWN. DRESSES UP A FAMILY ROOM FOR SURE!!
