The color and texture are great. Two parts are damaged though. Amazon had to send me a full replacement item, it would have been better if they just send me the damaged parts. Still waiting for the replacement. It is a heavy item. Amazon said they would schedule a ups pickup, otherwise i wouldn't know how to transport this heavy item to a ups drop off center. This was my first time to order such a heavy item from amazon, don't know if i would do it again, but so far my experience as far as getting a replacement has been hassle free. I commend the amazon reps for this smooth transaction
