Ordered item for client. Exactly what they wanted. When the piece arrived one of the cross members was split from the finishing nail. It looks like it would have left the manufacture in this condition. No response from Wayfair when I submitted a complaint. Ended up keeping it since it was too much of a hassle to return. Paid to have repair which was easier than shipping back to the company. It is a beautiful piece and I receive many complements.
