I was skeptical about buying something like this online, but for what I wanted I couldn't find anything locally. I narrowed it down to two and chose this one and am very happy with the purchase! The piece was VERY well packed and arrived with no damage whatsoever. The materials used were better grade than expected; it is a very heavy piece that is well crafted. There were extra little details that I didn't expect - the edges of the mirror have a "bevel" to them, there is a nice felt lining on all the drawers/doors and the middle shelf extends (where the knobs are) an extra few inches for bonus workspace. It looks great and holds everything.
Overall, extremely happy with this piece; my only negative comment concern the assembly instructions - they weren't very useful at all.
From my experience:
- you'll need two people to put this together
- match the legs up to the chair base using the finish "lines" for the best fit
- if you install the mirror last, don't tighten down the sides to self or you can't get it in; installing the mirror to the shelf first may be easier
- assemble this close to where you want it - it's a heavy piece
