The furniture arrived damaged. The seller has been very difficult to deal with my request to reduce the price to 50% since I received a damaged furniture after paying for a brand new one. After many attempts trying to work with the seller, they have put me through so much confusion, anger and frustrations. They were not clear of their requirements; first they wanted a picture of the damages. Later, they came up with other requirements; i.e. I'm supposed to notate the damages to a receipt from the delivery truck. There was no receipt provided from the delivery truck and I tried to explain that to the seller. And, even if there was a receipt to notate the damages, it's impossible to do that since the delivery truck just dropped off the merchandise on the curb side of my house, and took off. How would you know if there were any damages until you unpack and assemble the furniture? I used my last resort: File an A to Z guarantee claim with Amazon. I highly recommend you refrain buying anything from Furniture Creations. It will save you a lot of problems and frustrations. I'm sorry that there is no zero rating available. I will never use them again for any of my future purchases.
