I've already had a string of people over to see this mattress. I am truly amazed.
First off, it was delivered in 5 days with free shipping.
Then when I first opened the box and unpacked this mattress I was thinking "it's going back and fast." The mattress seemed so soft and I wanted a firm one. Also, the "sack" that makes the cover is very thin and ties on at one end, so I was not impressed with that.
Unpacking was quite an experience in it's self! Folded in half long-ways, vacuum packed, and then scrunched into a "W" shape and shipped in a box that measures 21x23x31 inches. I was sure I had made a mistake. I got it unpacked on the boxsprings and closed the bedroom door. The old matress was on the floor in the living room for me to sleep on while the new one expanded.
Late the next moring I went in and checked on the mattress and found out I had been SO WRONG!
FIRM! VERY FIRM! I was shocked at how firm the mattress had become over night. It felt just like the memory foam mattresses I had been contemplating at the local mattress store (at yes, 3x the price). I had to call a neighbor that had been to the mattress store with me. She was shocked at the price I paid when I showed her the reciept. She also wanted to know if I could get another one! I called my sister to come see it. She's shocked. Everyone has been shocked.
I had purchased a new matress pad so with that on and the bed made the "sack" doesn't make a bit of diffrence to me now. No one will ever see it again and the bed truly is like sleeping on a cloud. Oh yeah, this 10" mattress just measured at 11". Also, there was no "New Memory Foam Smell" to worry about either.
Bottom line, if you haven't figured it out yet... YES I would Highly Recommend this bed.
